Are you considering running an eCommerce business on Lazada Philippines? If so, it’s essential to understand the selling fees required by Lazada. Being a smart eCommerce seller means knowing how these fees affect your profitability. Taking the time to learn the fee structure is a valuable investment in the success of your business.
Lazada Philippines charges sellers fees including:
1. Lazada Seller Payment Fee
The payment fee covers the cost of processing payment methods like online banking and credit cards. It is set at 2.24% per transaction, calculated on the item price after deducting promotional discounts (e.g. Vouchers, Flexi Combo) and adding the customer-paid shipping fee.

Example for calculating the Lazada Seller Payment fee:
2.24% of PHP145 = PHP3.25
2. Lazada Seller Commission Fee
The commission rates for Lazada Marketplace Sellers and LazMall Sellers are different depending on the specific product category. Each seller type follows its own fee structure.

To calculate Lazada PH Seller Commission, item price subtract any discounts (e.g. Seller Voucher, Flexi-Combo) to get the subtotal. Then, multiply the subtotal by the category’s commission rate (VAT inclusive) to determine the final commission fee.
Formula:
For newly signed-up sellers, a 0% commission is available for the first 90 days. After the period, the standard commission fee will apply.
Sellers can also enjoy the following benefits when paying Commission Fee:

3. Lazada Seller Shipping Fee
The shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, type of delivery service and the logistic provider:
There are three types of shipping fee charges:
- Wrong Weight Adjustment
This charge applies when parcels are inaccurately declared as undersized. The fee amount differs between the Customer Shipping Fee and the Logistics Shipping Fee.
- Wrong Drop-off Location Adjustment
This fee arises from discrepancies between the declared and actual drop-off location. For example, if the declared drop-off location is in Metro Mindanao, but the actual drop-off location is Metro Visayas, the buyer may incur higher shipping fees.
- Shipping Fee Voucher by Seller
This fee reflects the cost of the store’s free shipping promotion for the buyer. It appears as a separate charge under the ‘marketing solution or social media advertising’ section of the statement and excludes the Free Shipping Max participation fee.
Lazada Philippines also provides the Shipping Fee Adjustment service to the seller to optimize costs.

*Shipping Fee Adjustment is billed every 3rd week from the order delivered.
