Step 1: Decide Your Seller Type

To begin, decide which seller type you would like to register.

Lazada Philippines offer three types of sellers accounts you can register as: 

A. Local Marketplace Seller 

B. LazMall Seller

C. LazGlobal Seller

    Step 2: Sign Up as a Seller on Lazada

    A. Visit to Lazada Seller Center Sign Up Website.

    B. Provide Your Mobile Phone Number.

    C. Receive a One-Time Password (OTP) and enter it.

    D. Set Up Your Store

    Store Name: Choose a unique name for your online store as a seller Lazada.

    Email Address: Enter a valid email address that you will use for communication and account recovery.

    Password: Create a secure password for your account.

    E. Complete Your Registration Process

    Review your information for accuracy. The new simplified sign-up takes under 30 minutes to launch your Lazada shop.

     

    Step 3: Provide Necessary Documentation

    Requirements for each seller type on Lazada:

    A. Local Marketplace Seller

    Individual Seller Corporate Seller
    • Valid ID

    • Copy of Bank Information and Document (Bank Statement and Passbook)

    • Tax Information
    • Copy of Bank Information

    • Business Information (BIR-registered businesses)

    B. LazMall Seller

    • Documentation required: Brand Trademark Certificate / Letter of Authorisation from Brand / Purchase Invoice From Authorised Sources.
    • Business Registration: BIR 2303 document.
    • Bank Information: Provide a copy of your bank statement.

    Step 4: Start Selling on Lazada

    For new sellers, begin by listing 2-3 products to gain experience selling on Lazada. You should start listing the product with Basic Information, Detailed Description, Price & Stock and Service & Delivery. 

    A. Log in to your Seller Center account > Products > Add Products.

    B. Fill in the Basic Information, Product Name, Category, Video URL and Product Attributes. 

    C. Select the correct category. Ensure that your product is listed in the appropriate category as a seller Lazada.

    D. Fill in the Brand field under Product Attributes.

    E. Highlight the key features of your product.

    F. Write a 50-word product description highlighting features and benefits. Use persuasive language and include a high-quality image to boost appeal.

    G. Select the Variation of your product. Like colors, sizes, scents, types, etc.

    H. In some categories, you can upload a minimum of 3 images per color variation.

    I. Fill in the product details, including price, quantity, special price (if applicable), and seller SKU (or leave blank if not required).
